We’ll meet with you and discuss your food and drink product and business needs. We’ll help identify the appropriate assistance you require: whether it’s finding a consultant to advise you on specific food technology or packaging design issues (for example), or developing a specific workshop or masterclass for your team.

The Australian Food Innovation Hub is led by Dr Hazel MacTavish-West, Creative Food Innovator & VegDoctor, Churchill Fellow

Qualifications: BscAgric (Hons, Syd), PhD (Tas). CAg. CF.

Hazel’s substantial scientific and commercial expertise comes from a diverse career in food innovation, plant and sensory science. She works with global experts, Australian producers, entrepreneurs and agri-businesses to develop award-winning food and drink products for national and export markets.
